2009-06-30 08:02:55 benzimmer description Running on Ubuntu Jaunty 64-bit (tried i386 also with same result) Mainline Kernel 2.6.29 (tried Jaunty standard kernel with same result) ClustalX crashes directly after executing it: $ clustalx [1] 21502 segmentation fault clustalx Here is an old Debian Bug Report describing the same issue. Versions of clustalx and deps are: clustalx: 1.83-4 lesstif2: 0.95.0-2.1ubuntu1 libvibrant6a: 6.1.20080302-4 libncbi6: 6.1.20080302-4 Tried to downgrade to lesstif 0.94, but it made no difference. Tried on multiple jaunty installations, all with the same result.
