Binary package hint: cloud-utils
Because uec-publish-tarball does not support a '--config' parameter like the other Euca2ools, scripting with it is problematic. Passing the environment variables EC2_URL, EC2_ACCESS_KEY, EC2_SECRET_KEY, EC2_CERT, EC2_PRIVATE_KEY, S3_URL, EUCALYPTUS_CERT is annoying. uec-publish-tarball calls through to euca-describe-

marking this wont-fix. this tool has kind of been deprecated. i would take a well done patch though.
