update-grub-legacy-ec2 does not consider 3.5.0-generic as valid for Xen

Bug Description
I use Ubuntu 12.04 in Xen. Boot is done with pygrub so I use grub-legacy-ec2 to generate list of kernels for booting. But with 3.5.0-21-generic I do not get it on a list:
