Package jarwrapper is not configured yet.

This was fixed in the next Debian release (20130227+dfsg1-5) by replacing the “clever” symlink /usr/bin/

[Regression Potential]
If the user had modified the binfmt_misc configuration for jar files from the one provided by jarwrapper, the wrapper script might run closure-compiler under a different JRE than binfmt_misc. Even if so, this seems unlikely to be a problem.
