Binary package hint: clock-setup

I imagine that those individuals preseeding clock-setup/ntp-server would also like that server to be used after the installation by the ntpdate package. Therefore, I suggest we adjust ntpdate's configuration file in clock-setup when clock-setup/ntp-server is set.
