Clipit unable to open preferences

Clicking on Clipit icon, choosing "Preferences" - nothing happens, preferences window do not open.
There is just a rectangle in the upper left corner which can not be used (transparent, unable to click)

Ah, I was too fast.
It is fixed once restarted. After some usage still gets the same error
(using shortcut and also from clipit Preferences menu)
