Sometimes Clipit Blocks RDP Cut and Paste Until History is Cleared

I use Remmina a lot to access Remote Windows Desktops, and I'll often need to copy and paste from a remote desktop to my local desktop and vise versa.

There are many things that can cause your inability to succeed when copying and pasting between remote machines. However, recently I've been able to notice that clipit has been the culprit when I'm unable to do this.

The way I discovered this, is that when remote copying and pasting is not working, I'm able to fix the issue by clearing all history in Clipit.

After I clear all history from clipit, I'm again able to copy and paste to remote desktops via Reminna.

I realize this is a difficult issue to reproduce, but maybe someone real familiar with clipit's source code can conceive a reason for why this is happening.
