Bug Description

1) Description: Ubuntu Artful Aardvark (development branch)

3) clinfo detects the GPU
4) clinfo shows Number of platforms 0

-----------------------------------------------------------

I have tried different solutions, also the AmdGpuPro driver, but nothing works.
Actually, I revert back to the built-in amdgpu and I'm using DRM-Next and Mesa-dev from padoka PPA, but with the same result.

it's not the fault of clinfo if there is no ICD available that supports the hardware
