Bug easy to trigger on vivid:

- start qtcreator
- create a new project (use the default one)
- create a file "tést" in the project directory
- try to publish that as a click

or using the command line, untar the bug.tar.gz from this bug report and run

$ LC_ALL=C click build --no-validate bug
