click chroots missing dependencies for the scope template

Bug Description
The click chroots need the following packages installed in order to support scope development using the new scope template:
libjsoncpp-dev
libnet-cpp-dev
libprocess-cpp-dev
google-mock
Otherwise I encounter the following errors from cmake:

I think we need a new release of click to fix this. The necessary changes are waiting in its devel branch.
