Bug Description

https://public.apps.ubuntu.com/download/com.ubuntu.developer.brianrobles204/karma-machine/com.ubuntu.developer.brianrobles204.karma-machine_0.5_unknown.click?noauth=1 contains a mode 700 directory. When click unpacks this, it is owned by its internal "clickpkg" user, so no real user ever gets to read it.

Given the way click packages work, it's meaningless for them to contain non-world-readable files, so we should force the permissions.

This bug was fixed in the package click - 0.4.6

---------------
click (0.4.6) saucy; urgency=low

  * Make sure all unpacked files and directories are group- and
world-readable, and (if owner-executable) also group- and
    world-executable (LP: #1226553).
