If you run "rm -r /home/'user'/.cache/click-reviewers-tools" it will build successfully. Big thanks to popey!

Thanks for the report. :) You're json file was malformed (it was likely because of another bug that downloaded an html file from launchpad rather than the json). I recently added a the try/except clause that you saw so it is easier to know what was happening. Since this is functioning as intended, marking invalid.
