Bug Description

Expected:
--------------
When changing the display language in Clementine via menu "Tools" --> "Preferences..." --> Behavior --> Dropdown list "Language", I expect the titles of the playlists in Library --> "Smart playlists" to follow these language changes.

What happens:
--------------------
No matter what display language is selected, the titles of the smart playlists don't change to the selected language. The names of the available playlist all stay in the language in which Clementine is started the very first time.

Tested with the following language changes:
-------------------------------------------------------------
Initial start Clementine: UI in German (see "Cause")
Change to display Language English (en) (playlist titles stay in German)
Change to display Language German (playlist titles stay in German)
Change to display Language English (en) (playlist titles stay in German)
Change to display Language Japanese (playlist titles stay in German)
Change to display Language English (en) (playlist titles stay in German)

Cause:
---------
When starting Clementine the very first time, Clementine selects the display language based on the value in "System Settings" --> "Language Support" --> Tab "Regional Formats" and drops the titles of the smart playlists into .config/Clementine/Clementine.conf where the reside as hardcoded values in the section [SerialisedSmartPlaylists], lines 71-103
When closing Clementine and editing these titles in .config/Clementine/Clementine.conf, the changes are properly reflected when starting Clementine the next time.

Versions and Settings:
------------------------------
Clementine: 0.7.1 (0.7.1-0ubuntu3)
Ubuntu 11.10 x86_64, all patches applied
OS in english
Regional Formats set to German (Switzerland)
Installed languages:
Chinese (simplified), English, German, Japanese
