Artist Info page is empty for some artists with Cyrillic names

Bug Description

Example screenshot is attached - as you may see the Artist Info (usually populated from Last.FM, wikipedia, etc) is blank.
I have this issue since I started using Clementine in Ubuntu 12.04

I wonder if installing libtag1-rusxmms package would help.

Well, I would like to check it, however it looks like this package is
broken in 13.04 - it has several lost dependencies (marked as "null" in
showpkg output below:
