Bug Description

Binary package hint: python-clearsilver

trac depends upon python-clearsilver module "neo_cgi". When I installed "trac" and try to access the site i get these error on the log file /var/log/apache2/

[Fri Mar 23 11:58:25 2007] [error] [client 172.16.3.201] PythonHandler trac.web.modpython_frontend: TracError: ClearSilver not installed (/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/neo_cgi.so: undefined symbol: Py_InitModule4)

When I try to import the module "neo_cgi" during the python session it does'nt loads and errors out with undefined symbols.

Ubuntu- 7.04 beta
Python- 2.5
Arch: x86_64

Thanks

Anand

Hello,

I have the same problem here when i want to use trac authentification and svn hooks with it.

A rebuild of trac and a rebuild of clearsilver fix this problem, i test them.

Please update, i think it's critical.
