With radius <= 1, diagonal lines through text fields

Bug Description
In my clearlooks gtkrc file, I set "radius = 0.5" to get square buttons instead of rounded ones. This worked beautifully until Intrepid Beta. Now I get weird diagonal lines through GtkEntry fields. The remedy is to set radius to 1.01, but then the fields are just ever so slightly rounded (with a missing pixel in the corners).
