missing build dependency stops fancy plugin from building

As released to 18.10, claws-mail 3.16 fails to include the fancy plugin (or is that claws-mail-extras, it's all the same source package). 3.16 has fixed the fancy rendering problem. All that needs to happen is that it be built for ubuntu. The required build dependency is libwebkitgtk-dev and probably libwebkitgtk-1.0-0 to go with it.

Now we can have html rendering back :)

Not quite sure what the rendering problem is/was, but note that the fancy plugin was removed because it had dependencies on the deprecated webkitgtk-libraries. So if that still remains, I'm afraid the fancy plugin won't be enabled. Could you please take a look at bug 1724999, because I suspect this might be a duplicate of that bug.
