Panel icon does not become blue when new mail received

1. After receiving new mail Ubuntu (Unity) panel icon does not become blue (see top image in screenshot).
2. There are not „triangle“ indicator when application is started (see bottom image in screenshot).

In some older version of Claws mail all this was OK.

$ lsb_release -rd
