ProblemType: Bug
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 14.04
Package: claws-mail 3.9.3-1ubuntu1
ProcVersionSign
Uname: Linux 3.19.0-59-generic x86_64
ApportVersion: 2.14.1-0ubuntu3.19
Architecture: amd64
CurrentDesktop: XFCE
Date: Tue May 17 07:41:16 2016
InstallationDate: Installed on 2015-11-05 (193 days ago)
InstallationMedia: Xubuntu 14.04.3 LTS "Trusty Tahr" - Beta amd64 (20150805)
SourcePackage: claws-mail
UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install)
I should mention that yesterday I did this:
sudo pip install --upgrade pyopenssl
(I did it in response to advice given to solve a Google App Engine problem.)
I don't think it is related because as far as I can see claws-email doesn't use Python.
Anyway, to be on the safe side today I did:
sudo pip uninstll pyopenssl
I also reinstalled both pyopenssl and claws-email. But the problem persists.
