Thanks for filing this bug. Is there a particular reason you want this 0.101.1 version, or is this just a request for a normal upgrade?

I'll mark this bug as wishlist in the meantime.

I am not sure about the original reason an upgrade was requested, but two other packages now build depend on libclamav-dev >= 0.101.1 (see bug 1825737)

Debian has packaged it, so it might be possible to merge or sync the Debian package to Eoan?
