freshclam crashed with SIGABRT in __assert_fail_base()

freshclam crashes with this message:

ERROR: Can't open /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log in append mode (check permissions!).
ERROR: Problem with internal logger (UpdateLogFile = /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log).

the log file seems to be bad written (it miss the first character of each line)
