Please merge clamav (0.99+dfsg-2) from Debian unstable

clamav (0.99+dfsg-2ubuntu1~ppa1) xenial; urgency=medium

  Merge from Debian. Remaining changes:
    * Explicitly build using llvm-3.6.
    * Ignore test results on armhf.
    * debian/rules: Restore --with-llvm-linking=dynamic to avoid underlinkage
      causing FTBS
    * d/p/llvm-don-t-use-system-libs.patch:
      Do not use system libraries for linking : We are not linking the .a
      files so we don't care about the libs llvm links against (like -ledit)
      Dropping this patch will cause FTBS on Ubuntu with unresolvable -ledit
  Dropped changes :
    * d/p/fix-ssize_t-size_t-off_t-printf-modifier.patch. Some differences
      in the file without any impact were added, reverted those cosmetic
      changes to minimize delta with upstream.

clamav (0.99+dfsg-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Use compat 9 and drop clamav-dbg in favour of dbgsym.
  * use libtfm-dev instead of in-tree copy and drop all tfm related patches.
  * Add libclamav-yara-avoid-unaliged-access-to-64bit-variab.patch to get the
    testsuite passed on sparc. It also seem avoid invalid loads on ARMv5 cpus.

I do not believe a FFe is necessary, as the Debian changes between 0.99+dfsg-1 and 0.99+dfsg-2 are all bugfixes or debian/cleanups.
