package clamav-base (not installed) failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1

While doing the 15.04 upgrade clamav did not upgrade. I used apt-get remove clamav packages; however, there seems to be a leftover file from the upgrade.

Removed the clamTk package, reinstalled it and rebooted the system. The configuration completed and all seems to be working.
