Bug Description

The output of `sudo LANG=C apt-get remove cipux-cat-web`is

It's possible to work around this issue by executing `sudo mkdir -p /var/lib/cipux-cat-web/ && sudo touch /var/lib/cipux-cat-web/dpkg && sudo apt-get remove cipux-cat-web`, so it's very certain just a bad test in the post-removal script.

Thanks for reporting this issue (and the workaround).

I can confirm this issue is still present in Ubuntu Wily (well, it's still cipux-cat-web 3.4.0.3-4.1). Also, I found a bug report for the same issue in Debian so I have attached a bug watch.
