Bug Description
I mounted the cifs share on my laptop by first creating
mkdir /media/smb-name
then inserting mounting procedure into /etc/fstab
//192.168.
And Adding the credentials in /root/.
username=myusername
password=mypassword
And mounting the cifs share
mount -a
After suspending the laptop (for at least 10 minutes! - not sure what is the exact amount of time needed) and waking it up, it "freezes" waiting for the share. For example executing this command in terminal:
ls -lah /media/smb-name
It's really annoying as you can't access cifs share or do anything in that terminal window for some time. Then if you're lucky cifs share gets mounted and starts working again after 1,5 minutes or more (or never).
Some details about my computer
OS: Ubuntu 15.04 desktop amd64
SMB share OS: Windows 7 (but same results with Ubuntu Samba share)
cifs-utils: Installed: 2:6.0-1ubuntu2
