Bug Description
Backspace usually has the function of going back a page. Similar to pressing the Back Arrow button on the top left (Chromium 15.0.x).
Unfortunately, this is not the case.
Nothing happens when the Backspace key is pressed.
Alt+LeftArrow key combination does work. However, the use of Backspace should also be a part of the originally intended key bindings for this action.

This seems to be an intentional design desicion on the part of the chrome developers.
I have linked the upstream bug report requesting the reinsertion of 'backspace'
