Chromium freeze due to compiz animation

Binary package hint: chromium-browser

it freeze at startup, or after a while during browsing... I've tried even to disable all the compiz animations and plugins.
Nothing changed...

It seems an issue with the latest kernel 2.6.38-9-generic-pae.

Tried installing the latest beta version but issue is still reproducible.

This kernel version is really buggy. USB3 is broken too...

Natty have reached EOL since a while and that issue is not reproducible with recent version(s)
