Chromium clipboard unavailable when closed

Binary package hint: chromium-browser

Copying and pasting text from a webpage can only be done if browser is running. But if i close the browser the text can't be pasted.
what i expected:to copy paste the text from a webpage into a text file opened in text editor.
what happened:the "paste" button was inactive.
how to make the bug happen:
          1:start chromium(this also happens in firefox)
          2:go to any webpage
          3:select some text,right click and select copy
          4:don't close the browser yet
          5:open text editor and paste the text
          6:now close the browser and try to paste the text
