we're following the upstream stable channel, so it's still v5. 5.0.375.127 as of today.
v6 just entered the beta channel, so it should land in stable very soon, and shortly afterwards, in ubuntu.

So, you already update package in Maverick, but updating Lucid package is also necessary, because in 6.0 release fixed few very important security bugs.
