I just upgraded from 18.04 to 20.04 and this error shows when i try to update system

Thanks for the bug report.
The error is

This is probably a transient problem, or at least should be fixable with
snap remove core20
snap install core20
At any rate, in case you want to pursue this further, it not a problem with Chromium, but Snapd.
