Bug Description
The screen keyboard does not display when using the touchscreen to input into a text input field on Chromium (e.g. Search Bar and Address Bar) or Chrome. This makes these browsers unusable on a tablet without an external keyboard. In addition there is no way to manually bring up the screen keyboard e.g. by placing a button on the address bar or panel.
The Firefox browser, files and settings all invoke the touchscreen keyboard when pressing into a text input field and work as expected.
