chromium-browser not drawing change when tab change after resume

Bug Description

# reploduce
chromium open multi tab.
suspend and resume ubuntu.
chromium tab change.

# issue
Drawing of the contents of the tab is not updated even when tab switching is done. (Even in this state, the Chromium Web page title display switches normally.)

# workaround
After waiting for a while after switching the tab, the tab switch will operate normally.

It looks like this could be a problem with the NVIDIA proprietary driver.

Did this work correctly with previous versions of chromium and/or the driver?

Are there any crash files in /var/crash ?

This problem has been ongoing since I made Ubuntu 18.04 around March.
In Ubuntu 16.04 before that, this problem was not happened.

There was no file of chromium and nvidia in /var/crash.
