Bug Description

chromium snap 65.0.3325.146 from candidate channel:

$ snap run chromium --enable-logging=stderr

This will require (at least):
 - adding libgnome-keyring0 to the stage packages
 - adding password-manager-service to the list of plugs
 - requesting that plug to be auto-connected
