Bug Description

Everytime I open a browser - FireFox, Chromium, Chrome, Opera - I get an error message that the browser failed to open, even while I am using the browser! Then apport says it cannot report the error. I try to close apport, click cancel, click "x" to close the window, it ignores all commands and finally shuts down when it has done whatever it does.
