chromedriver can't click links outside of the window with Chromium 61

Bug Description

The latest version of chromium (61) introduces a change that breaks the ability of clicking to links outside of the current view using chromedriver.
It seems that there is a fix for it in chromedriver 2.32:
> Fixes a bug where Chromedriver fails to click due to page scrolling changes in Chrome 61+.

chromium 61 has chromedriver 2.30.

Relevant commits appear to be https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/dac98ec90b237d6786e2a508d1e74a2d4012ff33 and https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/8a2bcc815371466a141910a09f7d844c00a09887, but they haven't been backported to the 61 branch, as far as I can tell.

I can confirm that we are seeing the bug in chromedriver 2.30. When running automated tests on Trusty with this package we can no longer click buttons off screen. Would be nice to get this fixed.

The upcoming stable version of chromium (62, currently in the beta channel) has chromedriver 2.32.
