Bug Description
This is the Ubuntu version of:
https:/

It would be nice if we could disable this at build time, in turn staying in sync with Debian.

Is this really a problem? I don't think Debian does, and I know Ubuntu doesn't ship with NaCl support, so downloading any nacl module should do nothing other than occupy a tiny fraction of disk space.
