Bug Description
The key 'ø' using Norwegian Dvorak keyboard layout has stopped working in Chromium. When I type it, nothing happens. I don't see this problem in other browser or other applications. Also using qwerty layout, I could not find any non working keys.
The key works fine in dialogs in Chromium and also in Chrome.
