Bug Description

Whenever ibus is running, chromium accepts keyboard input for a couple seconds after starting up and then stops. I cannot type into the url bar, use any hotkeys, page up/down, etc. It only works again after I exit ibus, which happens to be a startup app by default in newer versions of ubuntu.
