Bug Description

After upgrading to ubuntu 13.10 when I access a site that has a webapp (e.g. youtube) and I didn't access before I don't get the usual prompt asking me whether I want to enable the webapp.

If I access the same site via firefox it does ask me and, once the webapp is enabled from firefox, it works also in chromium.

I'm using chromium-browser 30.0.1599.114-0ubuntu0.13.10.2
