xubuntu 13.04
chromium-browser 30.0.1599.
When the window is maximized there is an area above the tabs and if I click there I can see the menu entries (see the attached screenshot).

Also affects chromium-browser 30.0.1599. 114-0ubuntu0. 12.04.3 from precise-security on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.
This bug is extremely irritating as it destroys the Fitts' Law effect for changing tabs - by adding the extra 1px of menu at the top of the screen you can now overshoot the tab and get a menu instead.
