website title is often not shown in Chromium tabs in 13.10

As you can see on the attached screenshot, in Chromium browser, the title of the website is often not shown inside the tab.
Happens after upgrade to Ubuntu 13.10.

I have the same error in chrome-beta 31.0.1650.26 beta.
I'm using fglrx too.
