chrome-gnome-shell error popup when log in to non-GNOME

Impact
======
Users who have both Ubuntu GNOME (which depends on chrome-gnome-shell) and other desktops get an error message about gnome-shell from chrome-gnome-shell.

=========
Install chrome-gnome-shell.
Log in to Unity.
Open Firefox.
Do you get an error message about gnome-shell?

Barry, are you running zesty or an earlier release?

I was having trouble reproducing it on earlier releases because I didn't keep my browser open for the several hours it takes to get the first popup.

This bug was fixed in the package chrome-gnome-shell - 8.2-0ubuntu2
