Bug Description

I'm including a backtrace. I didn't find a -dbg package for cheese itself, so I don't know if this will be useful.

1) If the problem is reproducible?
Yes

  - If so, what specific steps should we take to recreate this bug? Be as detailed as possible.
# Run cheese
:; cheese

2) What you expected to happen?
Cheese would start and wait for user input

3) What happened instead?
Cheese window appears, past images appear in a strip on the right edge of the window. Then cheese window disappears, cheese reports baddrawable error and exits.
