Bug Description

I start cheese, and cheese photo capture automatically and blanks the screen until logout. The photo it's in /home/usr/Webcam_Pictures, but logout user and applications...

I have Creative Live! Cam Vista IM VF0260 working without problems in camorama

Ubuntu 11.04

I found what file "/etc/modprobe.d/options" or "/etc/modprobe.d/options.conf" with "ov51x-jpeg forceblock=1 led=2" it's possibly solution, but i don't know...

In natty not exist this files...

In ubuntu 11.10 cheese terminal:

I testing LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libv4l/v4l1compat.so but equally error

We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some time ago and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time.

Ubuntu 11.04 (natty) reached end-of-life on October 28, 2012 and
Ubuntu 11.10 (oneiric) reached end-of-life on May 9, 2013.

Do you still see a problem related to the one that you reported using a currently supported version of Ubuntu? Please let us know if you do otherwise this report can be left to expire in approximately 60 days time.
