Cheese crashes soon after start - gtk-csd

Whenever I try to start cheese, It crashes a few seconds after starting. I'm using Namtai Eyetoy USB Camera.
I've included a backtrace I captured with gdb.

I found out that running cheese with XLIB_SKIP_ARGB_VISUALS=1 fix the problem, so this must be another ARGB GTK problem.

This is due to gtk-csd in maverick.

XLIB_SKIP_ARGB_VISUALS=1 cheese

It seems the gtk-csd changes in maverick were reverted.

This bug should actually have been solved, we reverted the gtk-csd changes.

XLIB_SKIP_ARGB_VISUALS=1 doesn't work for me but i'm using latest x from ppa(don't know if that's relevant to the bug though)
