Make cheese debugging log attach as a .log file

Currently the cheese apport hook attaches the cheese debug as a CheeseDebug.log.gz , this requires the file to be downloaded and then extracted and re-attached by triagers.
This problem wasnt addressed along with Bug #542091 [the apport request for cheese] , since time was short for Lucid.

Nigel mentioned that this is something which he would look into getting fixed for Maverick.

You can force a file to not be compressed with this:

  report['MyLog'] = ('/var/log/my.log', False)

Here is the updated cheese apport hook

Just to be clear , the kermiac's new hook:
- removes a lot of the unnecessary logs that were attached by the earlier hook.
- Attaches the CheeseDebug as file which can be read online, however it is still named [CheeseDebug.txt.gz], which somehow lp wants to do !
- Adds a gstreamer test when user complains that the image is wrong or not displayed. [This was because a lot of the old cheese bugs were about users complaining that the image was inverted or due to problems not related to cheese, ex: Bug #571539 , Bug #573053 . There were was a huge backlog of 100 odd bugs , but they were mostly non-cheese bugs and i had to send them to their relevant package, so this helps us identify easier where the bug is.]
