No video using Logitech Webcam C270 and cheese

Hi,

Although the green LED turns on in my C270 webcam, cheese shows no video.

I have added a comment about this problem in issue https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1295247, but as suggested by Christopher (<email address hidden>), I'm registering this new bug.

acss, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu better. Does this only not work with Cheese, or does it not work with other programs?
