ubuntu gnome - cheese-common - attempt to purge tries pulling out gnome-contacts etc.

Ubuntu Gnome as of 2013-08-30. Trying to purge 'cheese-common' results in the attempt to remove gnome-contacts etc. See screenshot.

This should pull out cheese and it's deps. But why is it trying to remove all those essesntial packages?

libcheese is a base GNOME library; you can't remove it without rebuilding several apps to not have webcam support and we are not willing to do that.

A user app should be able to be purged.

Neither libcheese nor cheese-common are a user app, they are just a library and support files.

The 'cheese' package contains the webcam app and can easily be removed from Ubuntu GNOME.

I should be able to remove this app and deps. libcheese is for the app so why can I pull the lot. Is it a sys dep - A big No. So drop the it.
