Can't open photo while record a video then switch to take a photo and take one shot

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Cheese
2. Switch to Video and click take a video to recording
3. Click stop button
4. Click take a video again
5. Click stop
6. Switch back to photo
7. Click take a photo

Expected Result:
It should be able to open and view this photo

Actual Result:
1. It has a photo on the preview column but it doesn't have thumb
2. Double click this photo but it can't be displayed
