LD_PRELOAD points to non existant installwatch.so

Bug Description

installwatch.so obviously moved from /usr/lib to /usr/lib/installwatch. However the script /usr/bin/checkinstall still points to the old directory.
Line 795: export LD_PRELOAD=${INSTALLWATCH_PREFIX}/lib/installwatch.so

Sorry for the dupe, but "jump to bugs" on the frontpage doesn't find any checkinstall bugs.

If you search there for 'checkinstall' you'll find it (along with a much more serious checkinstall bug which makes it crash).
